Niketa Hailey-Hill

Marketing Consultant

Music Fanatic. Coal-miner’s Granddaughter. Market-teer. As Kentucky native and world traveler, Niketa’s background is a vast, mixed bag of living and working in rural and urban settings in both non-profit and for-profit industries. Upon graduating from Murray State University with a degree in PR and Advertising and a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication, Niketa moved to Nashville (aka Music City USA). Combining her education and her relationship-building skills, she entered the nonprofit world to pursue her passion for helping others.

After a few years, Niketa took a position with an ad agency where she gained practical and applicable experience assisting a wide variety of clients from law firms and technology companies to political candidates seeking to develop and execute marketing campaigns. Although she stepped out of it for a few years, Niketa’s heart remained in the nonprofit world, and she decided to again follow her passion and now serves as Marketing Manager at Goodwill where she oversees branding, research and assists with overall marketing strategy.
